I founded Beofor Research Consulting to bridge that gap.
With 15+ years of global leadership experience at Johnson & Johnson, Eli Lilly and Company, and LEO Pharma, I now partner with Series A/B biotech companies for clinical research and medical affairs strategies.
I have led 100+ global studies, overseen $100M+ annual budgets, and served on enterprise leadership teams across oncology, neuroscience, immunology, and haemostasis. Today, I apply that experience to build lean, inspection-ready operating models that accelerate IND-to-Phase II progression while protecting runway.
I embed directly with CEOs and boards to align strategy with milestones, strengthen governance, optimize CRO models, and scale teams with discipline and speed.
